« The setting was nice, quiet, and peaceful. The lady with short hair at the winery lobby at check in was not very personable. When I walked up to say I was checking in, the only response was to look down at papers and hear her say 'Name.' For that much money it shouldn't be too much to ask to see a smile and hear, 'Welcome to Bear Creek we are glad you are here, may I have the reservation name please.' »

« The beds were amazing! So comfortable and clean. The breakfast was pretty good. The first staff lady at check-in was just so-so. The last lady at check out was nicer. We did have kids running around and jumping above our heads which is your worst nightmare while staying at a hotel; however, by 11pm the noise stopped, so we were able to get some sleep.
