"Was not allowed to stay. Dog friendly, no way, 30 pound limit. Told me to leave."

"Clean and room was cool. Some of the lights did not work in my room. And the bathroom door kept slamming open. Kind of annoying. "

"The lady who checked us in was excellent. Our room was on the 3rd floor. When I explained that my wife has trouble climbing stairs she got us a first floor room ."

"We paid for a room with two queen beds. They gave us a room with one queen bed and told us that was all they had. Again, we paid for two!"

"Non-smoking rooms reeked of cigarette smoke. We tried two rooms and then asked for a refund. There are two charges on my credit card. Waiting for refund for both. My friends’ rooms smelled worse. In the second one, the toilet paper holder was almost pulled off the wall and the bathtub looked like someone had taken a mud bath in it. Apparently, this location is used by construction crews and has been trashed."
