The space was comfortable, the kids loved the bunk beds, and we appreciated the toys and the abundance of warm blankets during the cold weather. Communication with the hosts during our stay was also great.A few things need attention: there was long dark hair in every bed, the bathroom sink was very clogged and filled with water quickly, one of the bathroom cabinet doors had broken hinges and nearly fell off when opened, and the bathroom hand towels were shedding and one even had a hole in it. I shared this feedback directly with the owners when they asked for anything that might affect a five-star review, and they mentioned their cleaning company would reach out, but no one ever contacted me.Overall, the home was clean and comfortable, but those maintenance and cleaning issues did impact the experience. ##### Rachel S.
