« The location of the property was wonderful, just a few minutes away from Newport and Lincoln City. We enjoyed watching the sea lions playing in the marina. Beds were super comfortable. Communication with the host was great. Enjoyed the hot tub. »

(Ripped couch cushion with the stuffing coming out - maybe from a previous guest's dog, as we had no animals; broken blinds with tooth marks, ditto the dog; the bedroom window screen was bent enough to let insects in.) The couch is not comfortable and needs replacing - it's a loveseat, so a two-seater, and both cushions sag inward so it's not comfortable for either one or two people to sit on. « Checked in and it was a little bit hot and stuffy, but I just opened the window and the nice salty beach air came in and made it the perfect temperature. Everything was simple, neat and clean. I had brought pasta supplies, so I had everything I need to make some pasta. It was within walking distance of Nye beach so we could walk down to the beautiful, windy beach. A lot of stuff closes at 8 pm, so we just missed ice cream but could have made an earlier effort.Check in day, there were lots...
