"Our second time at the resort, we visited about 18months ago. The service was not as great as the first time and found some of the amenities lacking -like towel shortage. Check in was after 4pm as rooms not ready. Pool area loungers and umbrellas starting to look worn, but staff is very attentive and very nice. Great location, nice pool and entertainment. "

"If you’re looking for a quiet getaway this is it. Plus if you like to party you can always get a taxi and you can arrange for that same taxi to come get you when you are done partying. The room comes with everything you need to be comfortable. It’s really clean. The staff is super friendly. I would definitely come here again"

"Property itself is good. Pool is good. There are many food options within a 2 min walk that range from cheap to higher end. Kitchen is always nice so you can make your own breakfast, etc. Decent grocery store right across the street. The flight landings and takeoffs are right beside the hotel and they are built in entertainment. This is NOT a problem for sleeping as the airport is basically shut down by early evening. I would rate higher, but there is no beach for the property. You have to go to...

There was no real check-in like most resorts, the taxi driver walked us right to our villa and vacation began. "This stay was a mixed bag for our group of 4 kids aged 6-15 and 5 adults. Our check in process was not smooth but the owner was apologetic and tried to make it right. And I feel for the owners because I am sure the issues are not so much neglect as not completing repairs after the hurricane. Still, the pictures do not reflect the current state of the home.
