(260 reviews) Kevin is a wonderful host who makes a delightful breakfast. The rooms themselves are a good size however do smell a bit musty and the carpets have some stains. The bathroom facilities were good. The parking situation and the outside of the house are unkempt and look a little unsafe. The location is fantastic, literally up the road from the CBD so you can walk to local eateries for dinner. (119 reviews) Very well presented room, spacious with huge bathroom including a bath and some goodies offered. Only reason not 5 stars is because housekeeping missed areas of dust and a few other things not quite right with the room, ie light switch broken, noisy bathroom fan and one electric blanket control did not work. Very nice breakfast, but we are not fans of 'en famille' dining.
