The property management team was wonderful and very responsive, which made things easy from start to finish.That said, the house itself could really use some updates. You can tell that when things were fixed or remodeled, shortcuts were taken and lower-end materials were used. There were several signs of wear and tear, some electrical issues, and overall the home felt a bit dated for the price we paid. The linens and furniture could also use some attention.With a proper remodel and better upkeep, this place could easily be amazing because of the location and great service. Also, no electrical outlet in the bathroom and most of the electrical outlets in the house are very loose, so it was hard to keep anything plugged in. This place did not disappoint. It was tucked away in a quiet neighborhood on a nice stretch of beach that had minimal traffic and not to many beach goer's. Very relaxing get away for out small family and we got to take our fur babies as well. Can't say enough good things about this location. We will definitely be back again. ##### Paul V.
