The Sivley with ancient oaks, secret pathways, enchanting gazebo, and old-world charm is something that you may find in a fairytale, but right here in the heart of Oxford, Mississippi. Spend a day rocking on the front porch swing or an evening sipping mint juleps on the gorgeous back patio, and you’re sure to wake up feeling like your Southern dreams have come true. Welcome to the magic of the Sivley.

Unwind at this cozy Southern style cottage. The house was lovingly built with hard wood floors and finished with antique details for a luxurious yet charming feel. Enjoy the views from the front porch swing, or relax on the back
patio surrounded by lush plants, enchanted garden lights, and the tranquility of nature. Although shops and restaurants are only a five-minute walk away, the area feels peaceful and secluded.

Guests have access to everything! Make yourselves at home!

We love our guests but we definitely respect your privacy and space. We are happy to assist you at anytime during your stay, we are only a phone call away.

We are located in a family friendly neighborhood, surrounded by lush trees and enchanting southern homes. Take an early morning stroll and enjoy wandering around the historic streets while the city sleeps, then head back for a morning coffee under the gazebo outback. Walk to the Oxford Square, popular restaurants, The University of Mississippi, or take in a quick tennis match at John Leslie tennis center. We are conveniently located in the heart of Oxford.

The Sivley is located in the heart of Oxford, steps away from the Oxford Square. Take a leisurely stroll through the neighborhood soaking in all the sights and surroundings that this charming southern town has to offer. Uber, Lyft, and local taxis are available. The Oxford Bike Shop offers bike rentals as well.

We welcome furry family members. We do have a fenced in back yard for dogs to run and play. We just please ask that you respect our home and keep all animals crated when you are away, no animals on the furniture, and please pick up after potty time.
Also, we love our neighbors and ask that you kindly respect their privacy as well. Please keep noise levels to a minimum after 10pm and no parties over 10 people please. Thank you for your cooperation!

Nice place, great location!
My husband and I enjoyed staying at this home. The house is updated and clean. Its in a nice neighborhood that felt very safe. It’s in walking distance to the square and not far from a nice park that has pickleball courts. The only thing it’s lacking is “the extras” we have come to love when staying at vrbo properties, such as a few snacks, bottled water, and bikes/scooters. But other than that, no complaints. 5 stars!!

Although Morgan Wallen didn't show up for the concert, our house arrangements were great. The house is super cute, it was very clean, and the beds were comfy!! Communication with Ashley was easy. It was about a 30-minute walk to the stadium, which was much better than spending money and waiting on an uber. If I ever need to come back to Oxford, I would choose to stay here for sure.
