The space The Merrimac house is a 3br/2ba brick rancher that has completely updated With a new metal roof, all new windows, all new flooring and all new oil rubbed bronze lighting and plumbing fixtures. It has a nice living room with a couch, loveseat and recliner with a 55” smart Tv And is open to the kitchen with bright white cabinets, comes with all kitchen appliances including refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and coffee pot. It also has a nice pantry and a table with up to six chairs with the leaf put in and a nice size laundry room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron. All three bedrooms have fresh paint and carpet and the master bedroom has a queen bed with nightstand, a nice TV stand with an electric fireplace with a 40 inch smart TV and has its own private bathroom with a completely tiled walk-in shower, new vanity, and new toilet. The second bedroom features a queen size poster bed with two nightstands and a chest with a 40 inch smart TV and the third bedroom features a full over twin trundle bed with a 40 inch smart TV and the chest inside the closet. It has a really nice and level fenced in backyard with plenty of room for the children to play. Guest access Very nice easy to navigate neighborhood for driving and walking.
