There is a strange and anonymous intermediary that manages the flat and doesnt respond on the phone only emails but very belatedly. the flat was dirty. And filthy marks on the walls. The bed she slept in was infested and moldy — we didn't look under the sheet until it was too late. The kitchen and walls showed fingerprints, stains and spilled foods.
