This condo is two stories with the master suite (king bed and bathroom), the kitchen, dining room, living room, and half bath on the first floor. The second floor has two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and the other with two twins bed. The study had been changed into a small bedroom with a trundle bed.....(2 more twins!) Full bath upstairs also. The couch in the living room may be used as a place to sleep and I have a queen size air mattress. The front of the condo faces the far end of the airport (excess land0 which gives you a nice enjoyable view. A deck has been added for viewing the planes as they arrive and depart, wild life, plus a Weber grill for grilling, and festival lights to keep the spirit high. The house was clean and inviting upon arrival. The front had a super cute deck overlooking the airport with a grill and benches. There are plenty of beds for everyone and the kitchen was well stocked. It is close to the square and campus (not walking distance but only a 5 minute car ride). Owner was great.
