A very nice hotel in the heart of Oxford. Excellent service from the staff. A great location with a car park. We had a meal in the restaurant which we thoroughly enjoyed.

Wonderful stay.
Our stay was wonderful. Fabulous room , delicious food , excellent service and a kind and very thoughtful extra was a delicious plate of cakes left in our room when we returned from a day out in Oxford. Loved the Old Bank . Recommend heartily!

The reception staff were most welcoming however 3 niggling items. 1) I telephoned for some milk to make tea. After two requests and half an hour, I went to reception to collect myself. 2) We left on a day trip. Although we passed reception, neither us or another departing motorist were told that we would need a special coin to open car park barrier. We waited and waited , expecting a camera response. Eventually returned to reception for a coin. 3) We were given a reserved parking space for first night. After that night our reserved sign for the further two nights was removed.
