Very pleasant stay
Hormis un problème de douche où l'eau ne s'évacuait pas, séjour très agréable. Personnel très sympathique et arrangeant. Prix honnêtes pour un séjour qui inclut les petits-déjeuner, contrairement à chez nous en France ! Merci à vous :)

Bien trop cher pour ce que c'est...
Hôtel très moderne donc confortable mais plutôt très mal placé (loin, quartier du stade, presque aucun commerce). Un peu "usine" avec des enfants qui squattaient lors de notre arrivée. Si vous arrivez après 9h au petit déjeuner il n'y a plus rien (pas renouvelé) tout a été dévoré par les cars d'étudiants qui dorment ici... bref je regrette de ne pas être parti plus loin dans la campagne ou d'avoir mis plus cher... : plus de "hampton by" pour nous à l'avenir !

Cet hôtel n'est pas dans le centre d'Oxford mais à 10min du centre ville.. Cela est compensé par la qualité d'accueil et de service. Les chambres sont grandes et très clean.

Thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast and the facility. Totally what I want in a hotel through and through including great parking and feelig of safety and security. The OLD priory a/k/a nunnery was amazing to see and learn about.

Very handy if you need overnight accomodation, after attending a football match at Kassam Stadium, Staff and facilities at hotel good, but only a very limited snack menu. Breakfast, good range and decent quality. Overall, very satisfied.

The location of the hotel is perfect for travel around Oxford and surrounding areas. Breakfast was good, not a lot of variety but what it did have, they did well. Had an issue with ants in my room. Moved rooms and ended up with stains on my bedding/floor, was too tired to complain after already being exhausted driving up that morning, attending a whole day of meetings and trying to organise dinner. Whilst staff were able to help me with my first room, I tried raising the issue of my second room after I got back home and was told nothing would come about it because I didn't raise any issues at checkout, even though I had pictures of the issue! I expected a bit more from the Hotel. Not being able to deal with a customer issue post-checkout is strange.

There was a strong pungent urine odour ouside the hotel and the car park but the inside of the hotel was immaculate and excellent.

Stayed here many times, staff very friendly, rooms clean and comfortable had ground floor room on request as I have mobility problems rooms always quiet. Good breakfast plenty of choice, good addition to have the fresh fruit salad. Will always stay here whilst visiting family and looking after grandchildren

One of the best stays I’ve experienced in recent years. Hotel was exceptionally clean and the staff helpful. Free parking a bonus. Spotless room and comfortable beds. Buffet breakfast a pleasure and not the usual “bun fight” you get in some hotels. Only let down was the absence of a restaurant for evening meal. However hotel is next to a Bowling complex with a variety of restaurant and take away facilities. Would stay again

Great hotel
Great hotel. Free parking. Complimentary breakfast. Lovely room/bathroom. Next door to Oxford football club. 10 mins drive from city. Would definitely stay here again and would fully recommend to others.

Very clean and quiet hotel. Staff were lovely and attentive, especially the breakfast staff. I would definitely stay here again. The one downside for me was the pillows were all quite firm and not particularly comfortable.

The hotel itself is very nice but it is a shame it doesn’t offer evening meals. I went round to the Frankie and Bennies and it was an hours wait for a table so I drove out to find other restaurants. I ended up with a Tesco’s meal deal in the end. The breakfast was ok but the cooked breakfast didn’t have all the things I like for example mushrooms and black pudding. Hotel itself is nice but I wouldn’t say it justified the extra £30 for the night compared to where I usually stay.
