With beautiful rolling hills countryside on your doorstep, this cabin is the perfect getaway to combine exploring the historic city of Oxford and the countryside that surrounds it. \- Super king size bed, with bedsides and lamps \- Hanging rail for clothes storage, chest of drawers and full length mirror \- Small dining table/study desk with two chairs \- Good sized kitchen area - sink, kettle, microwave, toaster, hob, fridge. Please note, there is no oven. \- Small breakfast bar with two comfy stools \- Good sized bathroom - walk-in shower with rainfall shower head and separate hand shower, plenty of bathroom storage, vanity unit and sink with mirror over, WC \- The area immediately outside the cabin has a picnic bench for guest use The cabin is located in the garden of our home. You will have uninterrupted use of the cabin itself, however, the driveway, garden and access is all shared. You may see us from time to time. My house is professionally cleaned, the linen and towels are replaced with freshly laundered supplies between each stay. We offer a remote self check-in facility to give you flexibility if arriving late, and 24/7 guest support is on hand should you need any assistance during your stay. The property is setup to offer remote access with easy self check-in, and no direct contact with anyone is required. We offer 24/7 guest support should you need any support or assistance during your check-in or stay. Other things to note The cabin is located in the garden of the house. The driveway, access and garden are all shared spaces. Sleeps - 2 Bed linen \- High quality bed linen, including towels are supplied \- Mid-stay cleaning and linen changes can be organised on request for an additional charge, and are required for stays longer than 14 days Toiletries and Consumables \- We provide single-use toiletries to last a couple of days. We also provide a washing-up pack, washing machine tablets, toilet roll and kitchen roll. If more is needed there are several supermarkets close by Pets \- We are happy to accept one small well behaved dog at this property, however, a £30 additional cleaning fee will be added to the booking, to ensure we maintain cleanliness standards for future guests. \- Please note - the garden is not dog proof or fully fenced Wi-Fi Speed \- 78 Mbps Restricted areas \- The house itself does not form part of this listing, and is therefore restricted from guest access Child Friendly \- This is a child friendly property, however travel cot and high chair are unavailable Address \- The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with remote access details. A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time, as this will cause disruption to the cleaner's schedule. IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process. The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay. Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
