The Space: The flat has satellite flat-screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen with a microwave, and a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer. A fridge and toaster are also available, as well as a kettle. The flat is located on the first floor, and will need to be accessed by stairs only. Guest Access: The property is accessed by self check-in (instructions to be provided prior arrival). Interaction with Guests: Guests can contact the host via the booking channel as well as the mobile phone. The Neighborhood: Situated in central Oxford, this modern one bedroom flat is within walking distance to the main town centre. The University of Oxford is 0.7 miles away, the Queen's College is 0.9 miles, Ashmolean Museum of Art and Archaeology is 1 mile from the property and Heathrow Airport is 45 miles away. Getting Around: Main town centre can be reached in under 10min walk and there is also local buses running every 4-7min that can take to the other parts of Oxford, including town centre. Other Things to Note: Please feel free to ask any questions before you make a booking. I did my best to mention most of the details of the flat, however different things are of different importance for each person, so what can catch your attention, might be something that I haven't even thought of. This is my property so I have described it under my own understanding and my point of view and I am not aware of your needs and expectations unless you share them with me. For this reason, it will benefit both sides if you outline any concerns you may have in advance or if there are any parts of the listing that you may think is not clearly described.
