RULES \- Minimum Age: We require a minimum of one adult over the age of 25 be staying at the property throughout the rental term. \- All reservations include a mandatory rental agreement to finalize your reservation that will be sent to your email for easy electronic signature. \- Every reservation includes an accidental damage waiver – should any accidental damage occur during your stay, simply notify us as soon as you can and provide a photo. We will file the damage waiver and replace/repair before the next rental guests arrive! \- We offer optional travel insurance to protect your vacation investment – this will include trip cancellations and delays, medical conditions, hurricanes, and much more. \- Balance of payment is due 60 days prior to the arrival date. \- Check-in begins at 4:00 PM and check-out is by 10:00 AM – We do not allow early arrivals as we are busy cleaning and sanitizing the property for your stay. Should we finish early, we will automatically notify you. \- No smoking/vaping/drugs/firearms allowed in our home. \*Departure instructions – we don’t believe in long chore lists for our guests! We only ask that our guests remove all trash and food and start the dishwasher with any remaining dishes. Aug 9, 2025 Liked: Cleanliness, location Disliked: Check-in, communication, listing accuracy I cant leave any information about this specific house since the property mgmt company contacted us 30 minutes before our 5:00 pm arrival that this house wasnt available and they moved our reseration to a nearby condo. So instead of the house we booked they put our family of 6 into a small college style condo. The condo was nice and a nice location, but very crammed space. We booked a house so that we could have a dining table and living room that we could use together as a family of 6\. Instead of our family having dinner at the table in the house pictures, we had 3 kids on barstools at the kitchen bar, and 3 of us on the couch in the living room. The last minute (past check in time) change from the mgmt company was frustrating and created a huge inconvenience for our entire stay. ##### william F.
