I also appreciated the carport. The porch was lovely. The host's communication was excellent. The location was close to groceries, downtown, the river, etc. I felt safe in the neighborhood. The only reason I gave it four stars is because it was too loud for me. Please note that I do not own a TV and live on two acres in my home state. So having neighbors in the apt. behind me with a loud TV and being on a busy street was distracting when I wanted a quiet place to work and relax at night.
