Staff is courteous and helpful, the rooms are clean, spacious and very nice especially for the price. The only downside is that getting into the property is a little confusing but overall I would definitely stay there again!

I appreciate that we were able to check in a little early since I forgot about the time change from where we live. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. All amenities were nice. TV was nice and big which was great since we were staying during March madness. Convenient location made it easy to get to anywhere in Owensboro quickly. Lots of food choices up and down the street.

It is disgusting. The hallway outside the room smelled like milk thats gone bad, body funk. The room smelled like cigarettes and febreeze. Had to leave and sleep on a floor at a friends house who DIDNT have the room for us. If I could choose zero stars for cleanliness? Id give this a negative five stars anyway.

There was nothing mentioned to any of our staff about your complaints and or concerns, We most definitely would have addressed everything immediately and would of made sure you were given satisfactory accommodations. Drew was such a big help! I had mistakenly reserved for two months later through a third party and he walked me through changing the reservation so my family could stay the two nights I had intended to book! The breakfast was excellent, the room was clean, and the property was quiet and safe.

I really don't like to give poor reviews, but unfortunately we stood in the lobby for 10-15 minutes with nobody behind the counter to check us in. If we didn't already have reservations, we would have left. Our checkout was similar. It could have been a rare occurrence, but it didn't leave a good impression.

Love the property, staff are really nice. Quiet. My room smelled like animal, I was told that it was not an animal room but it smelled bad. The bathtub took forever to drain, even after a shower. The bathroom door on the inside was all scratched up like a dog may have been locked in there. Found and killed a small roach in the bathroom.

We were Here for one night to attend a family funeral. The motel was convenient for us. easy to get to where we needed to go, nice hot breakfast. We would stay here again if in the Owensboro area.

No major issues. Some type of stain on ceiling but other than that staff and stay were fine. Just spendt night and didn’t eat breakfast because of Old Hickory BBQ recommendation but a good stay for price
