My room was clean and furnishings well maintained. There is a nice pool and large open space for the kids to run around. Check in was easy and the attendant was friendly. There is only a pedestal sink in the bathroom, so there was nowhere to put toiletries, but overall I was quite pleased with everything.

The front desk staff were friendly. The property was a bit run down. They gave us towels to put at the bottom of the front door because there was a gap and cold air was coming in. They did allow dogs so that was good. It was quiet. The price was reasonable.

The owner was somewhat disappointing. The add says 24 hour concierge. I called early in the day to imform the property that we would be coming in late, as my husband would be getting off work later than expected. Also it is a 3 1/2 hour drive from where he works. So when I was about 45 minutes away I called back to let them know we are soon to reach. Asked for a small discount as we would be leaving by 6. He says he has been waiting forever for us to arrive. So we were only going to be there only 4 hours didn't make much sense to pay full price. Once inside the room and check it over the room tidy but dirty.

Room has been updated, but some of the work looks to have been a DIY project. Beds were comfortable and the bathroom was clean. TV could have been a little bigger, but not a deal breaker.

My credit card was charged before we even arrived, not sure if this is in the fine print but I've never had a hotel charge before we even checked in. I had to call the owner a few times for him to come to the office to grab my key. When we first got in the room it looked clean, once I started to get settled I noticed there was some brownish liquid that had dropped down the side of the sink that wasn't cleaned. The sheets didn't look cleaned or changed from the previous guest. The pillow case was stained yellow the sheets had yellow stains on them. I was travelling with my family so I had little ones with me, there was only a handle lock on the door, no security lock no secondary lock. I moved the mini fridge in front of the door for the night. The outside of the building looked clean tidy and well maintained. Tons of grass for the kids or dogs to run and play.

Check-in and check-out were quick and easy. Rooms were clean and neat, with decent beds and newer fixtures in the bathroom. It would be nice to have had somewhere to hang clothes, and a coffee pot, etc. in the room would have been nice.

Room was dirty from the start with flies everywhere and stains on the chairs and bedsheets, the wifi didn’t work and the ac was broken too. The door didn’t seal which led to ants getting into all our food near the door. Staff was friendly enough and generally helpful but facilities were very lacking

Paid over $300/night so was definitely expecting more. The shower fixtures were all loose so you were in store for either the coldest or hottest shower of your life. That is until the hot water ran out. There was no deadbolt on the door so we had to push a chair against it to feel any aense of security. We also put the "Do No Disturb" on the door and someone atill came in while we were gone. Pay a little more for a much better experience at another hotel.

Average at best...clean, takes pets, but in need of serious upgrades (holes under door). Wireless signal and satellite dropped constantly - couldn't finish a show on the tiny tv, until it was reset. Expected so much more for the ridiculously high price I paid.

They have children working at the reception of the motel. When I asked about Wi-Fi not working, they didn't know anything. This property needs a lot of renovation.

I would NOT recommend this motel. Booked a room online using Expedia, called to confirm our reservation so I was told my room choice wasn’t pet friendly so they charged it to another room, charging me more money and a extra fee for my dog. A/C didn’t work properly, no wifi and shower curtain super dirty. Only stayed because everywhere else was booked. Next time we will prefer sleep in our truck!

there was ants crawling on the floor at first evident in bathroom, but by first morning our cooler was covered in small ants, the furniture was well worn and the cushions on chair had potato chips from previous tenant in cushions there was no smoke alarm, just the wires hanging where it was supposed to be, the plug receptacles where all open with no coverings on them, there was no phone in the room to contact the front desk, across from our room there was an old barbeque that was broken, the grass was cut, but the fire pit area was piled high with garbage In the room, the smell of the tap water was so bad of a sulpher smell we could not have shower and had to close bathroom door at one point after using water because of the smell or rotten eggs

Keeping In view the cost of stay it was very critical even in the room the smell was very unhygienic. Even the hotwater was not available for morning bed tea. We stay in Holidayinn the cost of stay was same but facilities were very very low and high.Not advise anybody to give preference this occupancy.owner should think twice about facilities.
