Had a great stay! Little slow on the check in . The staff was very friendly and the room was fantastic ! I've stayed at every hotel in the blue mountain area and for the extra money the Westin is well worth your hard earned money .

Family vacation

Very clean resort. Lovely pool Shower curtains smell like mold. Sofa mattress HORIBLE , our tiny 9 years old granddaughter's back hurt the next day!!!!

Best hotel I have stayed in at blue mountain. Very short and beautiful walk to the village. Extremely clean room with a great view

We were at the resort for a dance completion. And decided to stay another night. Too bad that we had to switch hotels in order to stay one more night. Wish there was an option of either upgrading to another room so I didn't have to move the whole family to another hotel.

Blue Mountain get-a-way

first time in Blue Mountain, wanted a space for us and our son/girlfriend, and our two dogs, it was perfect. Loved the room with the 'round all glass window wall' it was very nice and comfortable. They actually got a day in skiing so that made the trip just perfect! The hotel was wonderful, and the bell boys/front desk were super helpful and nice. Our two dogs were quite a hit with the hotel staff, and that made us feel special.

The restaurant in the hotel needs to be maintained. Chairs are all chipped and the pedestals of the tables were dirty. The blinds had dust all over them. The food was very good just disappointed with the cleanliness honestly

Great one night stay loved the option of free parking did not want to pay for that. No free wifi was disappointing. Again very loud room with a family next door in the suite
