Nice room....Pool needs expansion and cleaning!

Pros: Hotel room
Cons: More activities for kids and family.
Pool was very busy and no chairs. Pool might need to be shocked a few times....it was dirty at times. Hotel room was very nice. Not much kids activities from hotel. Only kids stuff available at the square and pool area.

Pros: Localisation et animation
Cons: Wifi à faire gratuit Mettre 2 vrais lits dans les chambres pour 4 et non 1 lit + 1 canapé Améliorer la propreté de la piscine
Location: Au sein du centre de village vacances Blue Moutain, beaucoup d'animations à proximité et se baigner dans le lac Huron
Hôtel pour profiter de quelques jours de repos Bien situé au centre du Blue Moutain Village et proche de la baie Georgienne et du Lac Huron

Hotel is ok, but not up to established Westin standard. Initial room assigned to us was unacceptable - next to the lobby (very noisy), safe box not working, washroom fan and toilet seat not fully functional. The positive is that after complain we are moved to the different room. Also charging for the Internet in room is questionable for the hotel with 4 stars or more. The day we wanted room service nobody showed up until 6:30 pm, at what time we had to call and ask for service. Overall room was clean but as I said earlier, my expectations of Westin based on the previous visits to this and other locations are higher.

Pros: Close to water
Cons: Less price and clean better
Location: Everything was way too expensive, stay outside of bluemountain in a BB or perhaps camp on the beach .
Ac was poor, room was dusty and I got bit by some sort of bug from the floor, several times..I had to spray room with deet.

Pros: new and clean
For $279 per night I didn't expect to pay $15 for parking per night and $10 per night internet. Felt a little ripped off. Very busy with lots of children so not a good spot for a quiet getaway.

Cons: le nettoyage des chambres , l accessibilité internet et le niveau sonore.
Location: super golf, le village blue mountain est vivant et il y a beaucoup d activité sportive a proximité. la plage wasaga beach est a 20 minutes en auto
situé dans un lieux de villégiature agréable cet hôtel est agréable en autant que vous voyager avec des enfants. bien situé et profitant d un environnement exceptionnel il n est cependant pas recommandé pour une vacances d'amoureux puisque très bruyant. les chambres sont agréables et confortables mais ne correspondent en rien aux attentes que l on pourrait avoir l'lorsque l on vous promet une suite Deluxe. on retire les serviettes sales de la chambre quotidiennement mais on ne les remplaces pas...il faut payer pour l internet.

disappinted with the stay this time

We have stayed at the Westin many, many times... The hotel staff kanu (not sure about the name, she had a very heavy accent)...we tried to extend our stay... She told us because we booked through Expedia its complicated to extend... We had originally for a late check out and we knew that there is a fee associated with that... She told us that we can't do that even thought the room is available and they are not fully booked... Her over all customer service was not good... We even mentioned it once we were checking out and no one acknowledged what we were trying to stay...The house keeping staff were unbelievably great... Best housekeeping staff ever we have experienced... And we have come across many as we are frequent travellers... But most importantly the staff at the front desk who are the first people you see when you walk in and represent the hotel might need some customer service training... We had the same girl check us in when we got there originally... She was just as ignorant and not helpful when we got there... We got there an hour early and asked her to call us when the room is ready as we were going to go to the village and walk around until room was ready... We never got a call... We came back and found out the room was in fact ready... My girlfriend and I recently stayed at the mosiac which is situated in the village and the guest service manager was unbelievably helpful, kind and provided us with great customer service... We will defiantly be going there next..

Great experience but bad WiFi!

Had great experience but the WiFi connection at the hotel is not great. I wish I didn't pay for it. I would definitely come back.
