Located within the Mountain Walk condos, just steps from the Village, the ski lifts, and excellent golf at Monterra, this upgraded condo features comfortable furnishings throughout, a wood-burning fireplace, and a full, well-equipped kitchen for preparing home-cooked meals. This rental also comes with a covered patio and a gas grill, should you wish to augment your lunch or dinner menus with a little something special.
As this rental is located across from the Village at Blue Mountain, you'll have easy and immediate access to dozens of restaurants and unique shops throughout the year. This entire area is also rich with outdoor adventures no matter the season! Ski and snowboard on the slopes of Blue Mountain in winter, or indulge in a wide variety of activities when things warm up including hiking and biking, swimming at the Plunge! Aquatic Center, racing down the mountain on the Ridge Runner Mountain Coaster, and kayaking, fishing, and boating on Georgian Bay, only two miles north of this condo.

Parking notes: Parking passes are MANDATORY within all Mountain Walk units. When staying at your Vacasa Mountain Walk rental unit you are strictly limited to two vehicles within the Mountain Walk Development Parking Lot. Your vehicles must be parked in parking spots closest to your unit either in available spots with the front row of spots or in one of the available posts in the back row.
Additional parking can be found at North Creek Resort, located at 796468 Grey Road 19. Please park in the lot immediately to the left when you enter the complex, in front of the Gatehouse. Please vehicle pool when you come to Blue Mountain as parking is somewhat limited.

Ski shuttle details:
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.)
The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $2,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
