If everything mentioned before is not enough, you'll have a prime location just half a mile away from downtown Blue Mountain Village! There you can find a plethora of restaurants (in case you don't feel like cooking for everyone), shops, and outdoor activities. Warm months here are ideal for hiking and biking through the many scenic trails or exploring the many lakes while boating or fishing. Wintertime is a delight as well! Ontario is known for its many winter sports and recreational activities. Feel free to try any of the popular outdoor activities that include snowboarding, cross-country skiing, and snowshoeing. The Monterra golf course is a short walk away and you'll be a short two and a half mile-drive from North Winds Public Beach on Highway 26 and Scenic Caves. THINGS TO KNOW The shared pool is typically open from just after Victoria Day Weekend in May through Labour Day Weekend in September. Dates are subject to change. This home is near but not associated with the Blue Mountain Resort. This property is managed by Vacasa Canada ULC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Ski shuttle details: Please note: this home resides in a noise-sensitive area and the owners participate in our Good Neighbor protection program. Our smart home technology will alert our team if excessive decibel or occupancy levels are detected, allowing us to reach out directly with a reminder of maximum occupancy and quiet hours. This technology is privacy compliant, and only monitors the presence of decibels and devices-not any personal conversation or information. Thank you for supporting our efforts to be good neighbors! Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). The property was clean, the staff made sure we were well prepaired for check in! We arrived late with no trouble. The house was exactly as advertised and clean. We loved the wifi, smart TV and laundry. The location couldn't be beat! The blue mountain village was only a short walk away. The property is very clean and well kept. Candice from Vacasa was very helpful. The day of our arrival we were told the roof was being replaced and it would be noisy. Upon arriving we were told the pool would not be available for the duration of our stay and the hot tub was the only thing working however our hot tub door pass didn’t work. I called 24 hr customer service and they could not help. The day after I had to reach out Candice and she had our fob replaced. My problem was that I paid extra for access to the Hot tub, and was told when I got there that the Hot Tub had been closed for the duration of the Pandemic. ##### Jason T. Aug 27, 2021 #### Unit 104 Rivergrass This unit is very nice located on the first level, the furniture is not the most comfortable but for a short stay is ok. The bed in one of the rooms is not a gueen as stated it is a double. Kitchen is well stocked with nice appliances. ##### mary S.
