A spacious 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, sleeps 10, full basement with sleeping facilities and game room equipment, hardwood floors, air conditioning with covered front and back porch BBQ, spectrum cable TV, Internet, 120 ft of lake access with dock and some patio furniture provided. Located in the Finger Lakes wine country and only 5 miles from Auburn, NY for shopping and entertainment. Public boat launch 10 min away. Come visit in the Fall for some leaf "peeping" and don't forget to sample some of New York's finest wines. Pump went out for well water on property day 3, was running again within 3hrs, host very accomodating. Pump went out again last day of stay and tried contacting host. Ended up leaving with no response from owner and no running water to clean dishes, laundry or anything else. Communication with the owner is terrible. He didn't answer emails. He set up a time for the site manager to check on a broken bed and sediment in the ice cubes and didn't let me know that she changed the appointment by hours. The huge living room has only 1 light and the gas heater in the basement isn't vented so we were afraid to turn it on. It was chilly down there. Great communication with hosts. They were super nice & very accommodating when we needed to change our reservation by 2 days. The lake access was great and offered nice water access for everyone, especially our little kids. The rooms were clean and spacious and easily slept our large group.
