"The property/room was old and out dated. Upon arrival the room we was assigned to the door didn’t open with key access so we had to switch rooms. The manager was very understanding due to our situation he decided to give us a meal card for dining "

"My room smelled of sewer gas as soon as you walk in the door and had to call maintenance about it. He sprayed something in the drains, which took care of the issue. Was on the 7th floor facing the pool, by noon the pool was packed and all you could hear was the blaring booming from the music being played all day until 5 pm when they closed pool down. Just to noisy!"

"I have a couple of complaints for this stay and it is the very slow drain in our bathroom basin. They also nickel and dime you for parking in their garage. Used to be complimentary. Otherwise, the room was clean with great views of Linq Promenade, Ferris Wheel and The Sphere as the backdrop. "
