Other Things to Note: House Rules. No Smoking Inside. Be kind to the neighbors. ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES or UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Any violation of the house rules are subject for eviction and $1000 fine. Our check-in time is 4pm check out is 10 am. There are no exceptions to this rule unless previously agreed upon with the host. There is a noise curfew of 10 pm. Please, at all times, be mindful of the neighbors and homes around you. Disclaimer- We have one EXTERIOR Security camera located in the entrance of our home that record activity when somebody comes enters and leave the area of residence.
