Garage is available if you want it. Laundry room is available. Three bathrooms made it perfect for our group. Back patio was great for those who like to sit outside at night. Dining table was a great size for playing cards. Having two giant tv's helped with the football maniacs in the group. Host was quick to respond and very friendly. The little touches like bag of ice, water on the nightstand, snacks and coffee station were a welcomed surprise.
