« There was no light at the entrance to the unit although other units were lighted. To arrive after 5:00 as required meant that we arrived for the first time to a dark door. The clothes washer shown in the host photos had a sign saying OUT OF ORDER ..NOT FOR USE. The tissue holder at the toilet and the shower soap dish were torn from the wall. The hot water at the lavatory had almost no pressure although the cold water did .. the one chair in the main room was impossible to sit in comfortably. »

« Fantastic home to stay in while in Overland Park! Had everything all the amenities and was an amazing location, centrally located around everything that you could ask for. Perfect home for our family. »

« I have a couple of suggestions. The musty smell in the house might be helped by cleanng out the fireplace. You might add washcloths to the bathrooms - not everyone uses them, but some of us do regularly. The prompt response to the need for 8 lightbulbs in the house was appreciated - might want to check bulbs before the next customers arrive. Visitors should be aware that the two bathrooms in the house are small - if 8-10 people are living in that house, that should be a consideration. »

« Nice hot tub »

« We had a great stay! The house was very spacious and easily accommodated our group. There were plenty of activities to keep everyone entertained, and the large backyard with the hot tub was a huge bonus. Everything felt very comfortable and well set up for guests. Would definitely stay again! »

« House had its quirks, but nothing that distracted our stay. Everything was clean. Kitchen stocked. Keurig was an added bonus. Plenty of room. Quiet part of town. Still close to lots of different activities and food. Would definitely stay again. »

« We absolutely loved everything about this property. The location (walkable to downtown Overland and local pool; peaceful tree-lined streets); the yard (squirrels and bunnies and fireflies); the unit (spacious; clean; well maintained; beds and bathrooms for everyone; great kitchen); and the hosts (responsive, helpful). On top of a perfect rental, everyone that we met in town and in the neighbourhood was just so friendly. 100% recommend! »
