The property borders the Sitgreaves National Forest at the end of a private road, providing for a truly secluded location. During our two weeks stay, we watched mule deer and elk almost daily from the front porch and listened to the Bull elk bugle throughout the night. The location was excellent for daily hiking in the Sitgreaves forest and an easy drive to the Petrified Forest National Park The home was nicely appointed, the check in process was smooth and communication was good. I experienced an issue with the front door lock, but the VRBO host was readily available, and we were able to diagnose and remedy the technical error promptly (needed new batteries and a new code). We plan on visiting the area again within the next few years and I hope this location is available on our return. ##### Vince T.
