Guests may use the coin-operated washers and dryers in the complex common area. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. Great to park the car for the night after being in it all day and walk to dinner. Property had everything you need to make a week stay comfortable. The location was great - just 1 block off of main street. The kitchen was just a little smaller than expected but we made it work for us.
