The view was incredible. It was very quiet and peaceful. The walk to town was nice. Bad: The condo itself has 70s era furniture and the cleanliness was not at all what I’d expect for the astronomical fee charged. The downstairs sheets were not clean, they were covered in human hair (clearly the maid didn’t change them). The mattress cover was covered in stains (please buy a new one). The clean dishes were left for us to unload from the dishwasher. There wasn’t any type of sponge to clean the dishes with. There was no laundry detergent even though we were asked to start a load of towels. Most annoying of all was we arrived late to this small town and woke up the next morning only to find zero coffee was provided. I’ve stayed at dozens of houses on this site and that was a first. It’s a basic amenity especially considering the price charged. The whole place needs a refresh on furniture and cleaning. It's a short walk to town and even shorter walk, across the street, to the hot spring and a community area. The second night there was a free concert under the stars enjoyed by locals and tourists alike. The Perimeter Trail head is next to the property entrance! ##### Alicia R.
