Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. The management company checked in with us on a regular basis to make sure everything was going well with our stay. The check-in and checkout process was easy. Parking was a breeze. We had one jeep in the garage and one jeep parked in front of the garage. We were able to park our truck and trailer on the street in front of the unit. Fantastic location yet very quiet. Reviewer Comments: This was our 5th time in Ouray and this rental is my favorite. #1 it was clean, I mean really clean. So many rentals seem clean on the surface but once you have been there for a bit, you see the dirt, dust and filth that has been there for a long time. This place is actually very well cleaned which I really appreciated. It’s beautiful and you can park your vehicle in the garage so you don’t have to worry about theft.
