Featuring an open concept, single level floor plan with gourmet kitchen, dining area and living room that creates a welcoming gathering space for all to enjoy. The kitchen is well-stocked and ready for you to prepare a wonderful meal. The cozy living room area with ample seating features a Smart TV, along with a canned movie projector and screen to enjoy your favorite streaming app movie after a full day of exploring. The primary bedroom has a queen bed with built-in storage drawers and a full ensuite bathroom. In the winter months bring your snowshoes, ice climbing gear, or Nordic skis and enjoy downhill skiing in Telluride, a scenic 60-minute drive from Ouray! Ice climbing at the world-famous Ouray Ice Park boasts more than 150 named ice and mixed climbs, spanning almost 2 miles of the Uncompahgre Gorge. After a day of adventure enjoy a variety of great local restaurants, breweries, distilleries, live entertainment venues, and the ever-popular Ouray Hot Springs. Cancellation Policy: A non-refundable payment of $300 is required at the time of booking. This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount while cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The experience was very nice. Initially we received the wrong entrance code, but luckily it was sent in two places so one of the codes was the correct one. The unit was very clean and comfortable and well appointed. Everything was in good working condition. I would suggest that the shower curtains be replaced, to a more waterproof fabric. Since the curtains are on curved rods, once the fabric is saturated, the water will drip onto the tile floor. This was just a small inconvenience though. I would definitely recommend this location and would consider it again for another trip. ##### David I.
