This $300 payment is applied toward the total amount due and is only refundable within 72 hours of the time the booking is made. If your arrival date is within 30 days of booking, payment in full is required at the time of booking. Cancellations or changes that result in a shortened stay that are made within thirty (30) days of the arrival date forfeit the entire reservation amount. In contrast, cancellations made more than thirty (30) days in advance of your arrival only forfeit the $300 payment made at the time of booking. For reservations at least thirty (30) nights, the cancellation policy above increases to sixty (60) days before the arrival date. It was a very affordable Condo in Ouray and met all of our needs. The Condo had nice beds, nice living room and a serviceable kitchen. The kitchen met all of our needs for days we cooked. It also had a great grill outside. One block away is Main Street. This helped eliminate having to worry about driving and parking to go eat. You were also a couple blocks away from jeep rentals, shopping and adventure rentals. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. They are outstanding and easy to work with when needed. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great location within easy walking distance to downtown. Condo itself is very very small and dated. Old stained carpet, beds were not great. Biggest issue we had was lack of ventilation. There is one window that opens in the main living/dining/kitchen area. And even that window we had to put something in the window for it to stay up. Open the doors & flys get in.
