Good spot. Restaurant nearby also brewery. Very friendly personel. 12£ charge for parking is a bit of surprise on another side breakfast is for free. I would recomend.

Rooms where dated, shower old fashioned type. Was a good 15 minute walk to the nightlife hotel said was in city center. Parking should be included in stay period for free. Surrounded by student accomadation and building works.
