🏡 Welcome to our house in Ouistreham, just a 5-minute walk from Riva-Bella beach 🌊.  
  
Ideal for 10 guests, the apartment features 3 bedrooms with king-size beds 🛏️, a single bed in two of them, 2 single beds in the living room, and 3 private bathrooms 🛁.  
  
🛋️ Bright living room, fully equipped kitchen 🍽️, and a peaceful garden 🌿 to relax after the beach.  
  
📍 Prime location, close to the sea and all amenities.  
  
The house features a bright living room 🛋️, a fully equipped open kitchen 🍽️, and three spacious bedrooms with king-size beds 🛏️. Two of the bedrooms also include an extra single bed, and there are two additional single beds in the living room. Each bedroom offers comfort and privacy, ideal for families or groups.  
You’ll also enjoy a peaceful garden 🌿—perfect for breakfast on the terrace or relaxing after a day at the beach.  
Wi-Fi, washing machine, dishwasher, and easy parking nearby 🚗.  
  
Guests have access to the entire house 🏠: living room, kitchen, bedrooms, bathrooms, and garden 🌿.  
Everything is fully private for your comfort and peace of mind.

Additionally, a few minor items are still being completed (including parts of the exterior and the toilet sink) — we apologise for these remaining finishing touches.
