About this space  
Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay.  
The apartment is close to the cliff road and the sea, just leave the residence and cross a small 50-meter alley to find yourself on the cliff road and then the sea.  
The apartment is on the first floor and has a very large terrace ideal for family gatherings on a summer evening.  
This apartment, which does not have a view of the pool, offers feelings of tranquility away from noise.  
The space  
The apartment is ideal for small families who want to stay close to the sea while having access to a swimming pool within the residence.  
The accommodation is located on the first floor, it consists of two bedrooms, an open-plan kitchen, a living room, a small bathroom as well as a majestic terrace.  
The terrace is 30 square meters.  
Guest access  
Guests have access to the residence's swimming pool, residence's toilet, residence's shower, residence's garden and all common areas of the residence.  
Other things to note  
\- No space in the internal parking lot of the residence. (very secure street parking).  
\- Pool subject to wristband regimes and systems. (3 wristbands per apartment).  
\- Wifi available but weak network during the summer.  
\- Swimming pool not working on Mondays.  
\- Functional swimming pool from 15/06 to 10/09.  
\- The sea is nearby accessible by an alley in front of the residence door.  
\- Apartment 58 meters habitable and 30 meters terrace.
