"We booked 2 nights via Expedia and shortly thereafter we got a personal email welcoming us and giving us instructions on how get to the riad (short walk from kasbah car park). We were warned that they had 2 cats, so we wrote back that I was allergic, but had had no problem so far at riads in Morocco. Upon arriving we were greeted by owners Azziz and Nathalie with customary mint tea and warm hospitality, plus an offer to help us book a tour the next day. The room two floors up was spotlessly...

Having a car enabled us to explore the south of morocco for one week which was amazing. Having breakfast in the kitchen with his family was just like being at home. "The hotel staff make all the difference in the world when it comes to one’s impression of a hotel. The hotel was just average: clean, comfortable bed, lots of parking available. But the concierge went out of his way in telling me where to go sightseeing and where to have dinner. Upon arrival, he offered mint tea while I waited to check in. I had a long 9 hour drive after I checked out and he even looked at my route to make sure I was ok. I can’t say the same about the alternate concierge though...

"Hotel Le Fint had no record of my booking and they were full. Luckily they managed to re arrange rooms and fit me in. Why was this Expedia. A reoccurring problem of hotels not reciveing bookings from you."

"Convenient if you need to go to the Ouarzazate Airport early in the morning, except breakfast does not start until 6am. So that is too late since flight departs at 7:30am. Old, tiny bathrooms. Uncomfortable bed and pillows. Bad smell throughout premises. Maybe some candles or incense would help. "
