"Look everyone it's a motel. There's only so much you can expect when you're paying $44.95 a night. The good stuff: It was clean, the bathroom, the bed and the floors. It was nice and cold in the room. There was no microwave or fridge. That's not the motel's fault, I've just never stayed anywhere without one. Nothing specifically was super bad about it. "

"We usually stay at the Arlington when we go to Hot Springs. Room was clean, comfortable. Staff were helpful and knowledgeable. Pool and Hot Tub were great. Awesome bartenders in the bar and great Band on Saturday night.

"What an amazing cabin direct into the water for swimming. The river was bath temperature warm - divine! We absolutely loved staying here and extended our booking. There is a fantastic mosquito proof porch area. Great air conditioning, reliable wifi and smart tv for Netflix etc. Would not hesitate to return. One thing to be aware of though - the river is very busy with noisy jet skis and boats all day Sat Sun so don’t expect a quiet weekend of swimming and sunbathing or reading on the porch but this place was perfect in every other way. Super quiet M-F. Magic location! Great place thank you "
