Close to restaurants

They changed my credit card $50 that I didn't have any charges

Thank you for staying with us. I apologize that my staff did not explain that we authorize $50.00 for incidentals. This is an authorization and not a charge. We do this because you can charge things to your room such as Suite Shop purchases. This authorization will fall off within 72 hours for a credit card and within 10 business days for a debit card. Again I apologize for any inconvenience.

overnight business stay

One night stay in town for business meeting, due to prior experience with Hampton, I always try to stay at Hampton. I have been in several on the years and they are always clean and comfortable. Offer good hot breakfast in the mornings.

Clean room, helpful staff

Pros: clean modern rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff
Cons: pool was not working, but alternative pool options were given
Location: movie theater, restaurants, shopping, starbucks
Room was clean, location was good, hotel staff were helpful but they appeared under staffed as there were times there was no one at the front desk. Pool was closed for repairs but they had made arrangements with another hotel in town to use their pool if guests wanted. Breakfast was great, ffod was good breakfast room was big with lots of seating and very clean.

I am glad you enjoyed the breakfast. We were very fortunate to have alternate accommodations for our pool, which along with the spa are back up and running. Great Customer service

We enjoyed our stay. and will be returning some day. We asked to have a early check-in, driving all night, the hotel accommodated our request. They didn't have to do this. Thank you. There was some confusion about our stay when we were checking out. They showed that we had never checked in. we laughed it off.

Drunk man yelling at someone in the room next door at 6:39AM. Called downstairs. Their response was that they would call them. Heard the phone ring, nit answered. The yelling started all over again at about 7. Several guests banging in their walls, still nothing done. They left. The front desk was surprised I was upset. I wont be back. No soundproofing. If they cant keep things quiet in the early morning they are not too concerned about the safety of their guests or the poor woman he was screaming at. 100% guarantee means nothing at this Hampton Inn
