Close to restaurants

They changed my credit card $50 that I didn't have any charges

Thank you for staying with us. I apologize that my staff did not explain that we authorize $50.00 for incidentals. This is an authorization and not a charge. We do this because you can charge things to your room such as Suite Shop purchases. This authorization will fall off within 72 hours for a credit card and within 10 business days for a debit card. Again I apologize for any inconvenience.

Ok, but loud!

The people directly across the hall were loud, hotel wall on door side very thin. Finally at 3am I called the front desk. The already know about it. So if they did, why didn't they do anything about it.

I am surprised that my auditor did not take appropriate action to remedy this situation. I will be speaking with her in regards to handling these types of issues. Clearly if they knew about the situation the other guest should have been asked to leave. Again I am sorry this is not typical and we hope to see you again should your travels bring you back our way.

overnight business stay

One night stay in town for business meeting, due to prior experience with Hampton, I always try to stay at Hampton. I have been in several on the years and they are always clean and comfortable. Offer good hot breakfast in the mornings.

Clean room, helpful staff

Pros: clean modern rooms, good breakfast, friendly staff
Cons: pool was not working, but alternative pool options were given
Location: movie theater, restaurants, shopping, starbucks
Room was clean, location was good, hotel staff were helpful but they appeared under staffed as there were times there was no one at the front desk. Pool was closed for repairs but they had made arrangements with another hotel in town to use their pool if guests wanted. Breakfast was great, ffod was good breakfast room was big with lots of seating and very clean.
