Closed garden.pets allowed Nice and well-equipped holiday home with the perfect setting for a nice holiday with family or good friends. see also house # 1144560 The house is located in a quiet cottage area just a stone's throw from Funen's most beautiful beach stretching as far as the eye reaches and invites you for a fresh dip or a trip into the beautiful scenery or maybe just a walk in the ice cream parlor. Finally, do not miss the beautiful sunsets on the beach with the grill and what the kids love it. Take the bikes and head for the nearby town of Otterup and experience the holiday atmosphere of this cozy village environment with a rich selection of shops to satisfy your stay as well as the weekly market day. For children and adult water dogs, the TROPICAL WATERLAND is definitely worth a visit, it is built in beautiful Viking theme with several rollercoaster inside and out. The area also offers ample opportunity for fishing, a trip along the peninsula, one-legged, to the gap where the flow and the deep water provide ideal conditions for sea trout, or just by the beach, backed by a sandworm on the hook after a plaice for the dinner table. Nearby there is also a football pitch with real goals which certainly offers a football match with other holidaymakers in the summer months. The kitchen / living room section of the house provides a natural gathering point for the enjoyment of cooking or just pure relaxation. For days most of the indoor activities, the family can gather around the wood-burning stove and enjoy some board games or singles or one of the other family games for the playstation. The great grounds are surrounded by a beautiful beech hill, while maintaining privacy, and in the garden there is ample opportunity for various activities such as croquet, football, swing, sandbox and trampoline jumping. The warm summer evenings can be spent on the large terrace and while the children play in the garden you can enjoy the evening sun go down the horizon. THERE IS A POSSIBILITY FOR AFFILIATION INSURANCE. BENEFITS OF SELECTING NETOP OUR HOUSE CONTINUOUS AT THE BEACH: \-More bigger reason. Space for adults and children to romp. \-Good parking. Double private parking space, no bumps and scratches from passing cars and bikes. \- Peace and quiet at the cottage. Better opportunity for privacy without unauthorized persons. Always many passers-by on the beach dams in front of the houses and noise and dust from cars and, not least, seagulls who scream. \-Floring children and animals can be safe. We live in the bottom of a closed loop. \-Lead for the wind. Tit does it actually feel quite cold down the beach. All of our grounds are surrounded by a close beech hill that gives great light to the wind. \-Sun on the terrace all day. As the house is 150m from the water, we have chosen to turn the terrace to the south and not to the north as the houses all the way down to the water. Just forget to lock the bike or the car! At the beach houses one has to think about what is left out because of course there are many people passing by, by the way, the breakthrough statistics are far less on the slightly cheaper ones. \- More expensive in rent. Last but not least, it is a little cheaper to rent a house not directly to the water. Das Dach war an 2 Stellen undicht, das dem Vermieter bekannt war. Die angebotenen Fahrräder war ein einziger Schrotthaufen und die Küchenausstattung ( Kelle etc. mit Kunsstoffgriffen konnte man nicht in die Hand nehmen. Fazit wir haben das beste daraus gemacht aber eine Empfehlung können wir für diese Unterkunft nicht geben, es war unser erster Urlaub in Dänemark und wir waren sehr sehr enttäuscht, da im Umkreis von 6 km nicht einmal ein Bäcker ansässig war. Der Mietpreis war durch diese schlechte Unterkunft und die schlechte Infrastruktur völlig überzogen. ##### Peter F. Auch Tische und Stühle für die Terrasse war vorhanden. Das Haus ist gepflegt und die Schlafzimmer sind zwar nicht groß aber für die Nacht ist auch nicht mehr Platz nötig. Es waren auch ältere Fahrräder vorhanden die von den Kindern genutzt wurden. Das Grundstück hat eine ruhige Lage mit nur wenigen hundert Metern zum Strand. Wir bedanken uns bei den Vermietern für die sehr gute unkomplizierte Kommunikation. ##### Hagen R. Séjour de 4 nuits en avril 2022 ### 4/10 – Médiocre #### Christiane L. 25 avr. 2022 Points faibles : Propreté #### Sterne sind für Umgebung Wir hatten eine wunderschöne sonnige Woche in diesem Haus, wo das Grundgerüst in Ordnung ist. Nur innen drinnen und auch die Gegenstände die außen beworben werden, sind nicht mal ein Stern wert. Check in: angeblich auf der Route, aber völlig schlecht. 22 km extra um den Schlüssel in Empfang zu nehmen und dann 22 km zurück. Die Antwort, auf die Rezension, kann ich nicht verstehen, man soll alles bei der Übergabe fragen, wenn man ja noch nicht mal im Haus gewesen ist. (Wir wussten nicht, wie wir die Heizung im Bad anbekommen, vielleicht auch kaputt) habe versucht mit Besitzer in Kontakt zu kommen, damit er wenigstens mal in seinem Haus sich alles ansieht- Sauberkeit- denn angeblich hatte er vorher gereinigt- ich hatte aber ein Kleinkind dabei und deshalb musste ich alles reinigen. Angeekelt war ich vom Geschirr und Besteck mit Speiseresten. Einige Sachen waren kaputt, wie vor Rezensionen, ( Stühle, Schubfach in TK) aber da kann man großzügig drüber hinwegsehen, Hauptsache fällt nicht alles zusammen. Für diesen Preis eindeutig zu wenig instand gehalten. Und eine regelmäßige Reinigung bei Bettenwechsel wären sehr hilfreich. Ansonsten war es eine sehr schöne Gegend, zu Ostern leider noch gar nichts geöffnet. Im Sommer aber bestimmt sehr voll. Wir konnten trotz alle dem die Zeit genießen. ##### Christiane L. Das Geschirr in den Schränken war sehr schmutzig, das Badezimmer nicht gereinigt, leere Klopapierrollen im Halter, die Stühle in der Stube fallen fast auseinander bzw. hängen die Bezüge schon in Fetzen herab. Auf dem Grillrost auf der Terrasse befanden sich noch Essensreste. Kaputte Schubfächer im Tiefkühlfach. Für die eigenständige Endreinigung sind leider nur bedingt Utensilien und kein Wischmob für den Boden vorhanden. Staubsauger ist verfügbar. Putzsachen besser selber mitbringen. Leider ist der Check in eine Katastrophe. Man muss den Schlüssel beim Vermieter der 18 Km weit weg wohne abholden. Dort ist der Schlüssel in der Garage beim Haus des Vermieters in einem Schlüsselkasten hinterlegt. Man fährt also gut 40 Km Umweg für den Check in und den Check out. Absolut unzumutbar und Kundenunfreundlich. ##### Dieter S. Die Kinder haben sich sehr wohl gefühlt. Besonders das Trampolin hat viel Spass gemacht. Der Strand ist sehr nah. Die Einrichtung und die Fahrräder zeigten deutliche Gebrauchsspuren. Waren aber funktional, könnten jedoch mal erneuert werden. Generell haben wir uns alle sehr wohl gefühlt und hatten schöne Tage. ##### Juris T. Kurzer Weg zum sehr schönem Sandstrand . Das Haus passt ideal für eine Familie mit zwei Kinder. Der Garten bietet Privatsphäre, viel Platz und auch viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Mit Fahrrädern konnte man natürlich keine Tour de France machen, aber für die kleine Ausfluge reichen die aus(Werkzeugkasten und WD40 helfen immer). Fahrradhelme sind mitzubringen. Sehr positiv möchte ich erwähnen dass der Vermieter sehr nett ist und alle Fragen wurden zur unserer vollster Zufriedenheit gelost!!! ##### Vladimir E. Das Haus selbst war auch in Ordnung , nur bei einigen Sachen muss etwas gemacht werden, die Esszimmerstühle gingen gar nicht, man hatte schon angst sich darauf zu setzten und einige Einrichtungsgegenstände in der Küche müssten auch mal erneuert werden Thermoskanne und Besteck und Teller. Die Betten waren sehr gut , man konnte gut drin schlafen. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Praktisch fanden wir die bereitgestellten Fahrräder, so konnte man die Gegend gut erkunden, bzw. sind unserer Kinder immer mit dem Fahrrad zum Strand gefahren. Die Fahrräder sind leider in einem sehr schlechten Zustand (Bremsen funktionieren nicht) und insbesondere für Kinder nicht nutzbar. Die Fahrradhelme sind total verschmutzt und auch der Sandkasten ist aufgrund grober Verschmutzung nicht nutzbar. Das Trampolin hat seine besten Tage hinter sich. Grds. müsste einiges erneuert werden (Backofen, Esszimmerstühle...). Am Campingplatz findet man einen Minimarkt, wo es auch Brötchen gibt. Ansonsten kann man die Natur in der Nähe gut mit den eigenen Fahrrädern erkunden. Wer Natur pur erleben möchte, ist hier richtig. Der Vermieter hat auf E-Mail-Anfragen immer schnell geantwortet. Der Garten bietet viel Platz und mit Trampolin, Sandkasten und Schaukeln auch viele Spielmöglichkeiten für Kinder. Mit den Fahrrädern konnten wir auch einige schöne Touren machen. Der Kindersitz für das Fahrrad ist aber leider in einem schlechten Zustand. Funktioniert aber irgendwie. Es wäre gut wenn in der Beschreibung steht, dass die Waschmaschine nur im Sommer verwendet werden kann. Dann kan man sich außerhalb der Saison darauf einstellen. Positiv war auch das man bei Fragen immer sehr schnell eine Antwort vom Vermieter bekommen hat. ##### Martin D. The communication with the landlord was great, every question by email was replied within few minutes. The handling with laundry and key is smart and nice solved. The kitchen is well equipped nothing we've missed. There are 2 playstations and in Nitendo Wii but as of the perfect summer there was no need to use. In case of bad weather conditions there would be a loot to game, just to mention. The sea is near and perfectly setup, there are concret paths close to the beach. With a lot of equipment it was easy to transport to the beach. We traveled with my parents in-law and they are quiet old. So the only thing we would say there is space for impovement is the 2nd quest room. For 4 adults and 2 kids the second bed is too provisionally. We will come back.:-) ##### Yves G.
