« I made the booking via Hotel.com and 5 hours after I paid I had an email that I had to pay a £50 mandatory fee for facilities passes at the park. I questioned this as nothing was stated via booking and the price stated was the final price I paid. I had emails from a 3rd party called travelnest and also getting emails from someone asking for £50. The whole booking was a mess. Eventually I spoke to the host and he kept saying its written in the description of this extra charge when I never saw it,...

« A lovely cottage in a stunning location. We spent 5 wonderful nights here and enjoyed every moment. The host was fantastic with excellent comms throughout. Would highly recommend! »

« Very lovely cottage. Safe and secure parking at the back. Located on the main road, but well insulated with double glazing from road noise. A short walk to local grocery shop (had fresh fruit and vegetables, and bacon and sausages from a local butcher), cafe, and 2 pubs, plus a great general store (Morgans) which was a life saver when we ran out of calpol and the local pharmacy was closed! All facilities available to make food at home, and i easily managed a home cooked easter sunday roast...

« What a wonderful home to stay in. This is just the most cozy, warm, cottage imaginable. It lacks for nothing. The house is on a lovely farm with great walking areas. Pete and Bev are superb hosts, and were happy to offer whatever we might need, while not being at all intrusive. We visit family in Dorset often, and shall definitely hope to stay in this delightful spot again. We cannot think of anything negative to mention! »

« dirty utensils,cups,eating bowls, freezer leaking water and mildew growing inside. dirty sheet with dirt on and stains. both bed had springs coming through, one bed had a large dip in the middle, damp place, radiator controls had been taken off so it could not be adjusted. car parking was dangerous not wide enough to get in and out bust road, even though we asked hostes if the parking was wide enough for our car, they said it was. the stairs did not have a banister to go safely up and down...
