"Excellent hotel centrally placed with parking just opposite. Rooms are spacious , clean and comfortable. All at a good price. My hotel of choice each time I visit Exeter."

"The staff were fantastic and the room was very clean and the bed was very comfy. We we're in a room which had facilities for disabled guests which was no problem. The only thing I would say is I think there needs to be a water brush to push the water from the shower down the drain. This is stop your feet getting wet when using the sink and toilet. We had a pizza and nachos from the bar. The pizza was ok but the nachos looked like they were made 3 day's before and reheated. It was a quick meal but Def wouldn't eat there again. It was convenient. Breakfast was nice. I would stay there again great situation."
