Another large one in finished basement with open entertainment area with seating for 9 and pullout couch, Home Theatre System with Cable and Streaming channels available, Bar Height Bistro Table for 4, access to fridge, microwave and Toaster Oven in Laundry room and full bathroom. Potential access to garage and double wide driveway with Parking for 4 cars. Corner lot with bus stop on corner in mature neighbourhood with easy access off of main Highway one block from regional IKEA. Multiple ethnic Take-Out and Licensed Restaurants within 5min walk.
