The parking fee in this garage is actually on par with other downtown hotel parking facilities. Mattress preference is a personal choice and I am disappointed that you did not enjoy our pillow-top mattresses as the majority of our guests do. If ever a guest feels that their mattress is uncomfortable, extra mattress pads can be placed on the mattress. The company which owns the public parking garage, which is 4 floors under our lobby, is currently renovating and noise can be heard through the day and I do apologize. As many downtown cities, we have some socio-economic challenges however we are still a very safe city. It would be a pleasure to host you and your daughter again on your next stay in downtown Ottawa!
