Worth staying here.
Room was large and very clean. Bathroom/shower were in great shape. Towels were a little ruff. Beds and pillows were comfortable. The young woman at the front desk was very efficient and pleasant. The only issue I had was the breakfast. They had chaffing dishes for sausages, bacon, biscuits and gravy, 2 kinds of omelets, and their famous cinnamon rolls. However with one hour left of breakfast the meats were empty, gravy was empty, eggs were luke warm. Rolls were gone. I asked the attendant if they had more. She pulled a cold pack of cinnamon rolls out from the cupboard and put the cold pack in the warming tray that wasn’t even on. She was pleasant and explained that they were really busy that morning. Said she would go make more. There were only 3 others in the breakfast room when we got there. Like I said, she was pleasant, but maybe could have know. On her own that most items need to be replenished. We would definitely stay here again. Stayed on the second floor and didn’t hear traffic or other guests.

Easy to find, front desk staff were friendly and efficient, breakfast was good (the cinnamon rolls are good at most HIE properties, but these were soft and wonderful). Room clean, bed really comfortable. Great shower pressure.

BOOK YOUR ROOM TODAY!!!
This hotel is AMAZING!!! I loved staying here. The hotel was updated and everything in the room was clean. The sheets and towels were white. The bathroom was white. Everything was comfortable and I did not want to get out of bed. Breakfast was WONDERFUL!!! Kim who worked in the kitchen was AMAZING. She was so nice and even gave me and the kids fresh warm cookies out of the oven. Oh yes, you get cookies every day!!! Coffee, Tea, and Hot Cocoa all day is also served. There is tons of seating room to work and eat downstairs. We had a great time staying here.
