I would recommend this hotel to anyone. The rooms were large and clean. Our room had a kitchen, 2 lazy boy chairs and a computer and printer in the room. The location was excellent to downtown. The breakfasts were great with lots of selection as well. A great find.

The Business Inn is well situated in downtown Ottawa very close to the gorgeous canal. The surrounding area is walkable and has many cute cafés, pubs and restaurants to enjoy. The suites themselves are somewhat dated but are very large and can accommodate an entire family with multiple children. The convenience of having a full kitchen setup is ideal for longer stays in which you will be doing food prep and cooking. The staff were all very nice and the continental breakfast (included in room price) wasn’t bad at all though I wish they had gluten free options. We will definitely stay here again next time we are in Ottawa!

The room on the 5th floor assigned to us was just on top of some machines. So it was very noisy at night. The lobby needs to be renovated !!!

I wanted to stay late in the morning and have breakfast there, and I needed a private bathroom, so I chose this hotel. I could have many choices for breakfast and my room was happily upgraded(for free). I stayed comfortably and it's in the nice location with good services.

The bed was in desperate need of replacement. However the staff were excellent. One in particular was very engaging and quite frankly made the difference for us. Didn’t get his name but he was tall and in a tan suit. The only one on the desk wearing a suit.

This place is a gem. Love the location near the bike trails, walking distance to many restaurants, friendly staff. Great breakfast choices. We spent two weeks there and will go back.

Very good location, comfortable and big rooms, necessities for bath are good. I was staying with an infant, small kitchen in the room was perfect for preparing his food, the hotel gave a crib too. Thank you very much! Will book again next time when visit Ottawa :)

Very friendly and welcoming staff. ALL staff I encountered were incredible. Has a European, Uk flavour. It’s under some renos right now so elevator wait was a little hard to deal with but understandable. My room is amazing, roomy, clean and bed is a dream. Enjoyed much needed laundry facilities after travelling a bit.

The staff is extremely friendly and helpful! If you don’t mind walking, it is actually just 15 mins walk away from Parliament Hill and about 20 mins from ByWard Market. The hotel is pet friendly which both my puppy and I enjoyed our stay here! Will definitely be my first choice if I visit Ottawa again!

Can’t beat the location. Quick access to all the attractions. However, the hotel was reduced to one working elevator and cleaning of the rooms, making the bed, getting fresh towels, etc. is up to the guest.

Easy check in. Able to park GMC truck in outdoor lot. Definitely worth the parking fee. 1 elevator was not working so made for lineups and long waits. We chose to walk up and down 6 flights except when carrying luggage in and out.

This was a great hotel for us travelling with our dog. The suite had everything that we needed and the hotel is very well located with plenty of restaurants, cafes and parks right next to it. The suites are a bit dated but they were very clean and spacious and perfect for business travellers with all the amenities you might need. I hope they will have a few EV charging spots installed for our next visit.

We like staying at the Business Inn for its location near the trails and choice of restaurants nearby. Very good choice for breakfast, very clean and very friendly staff. Also like to have an assigned parking space. We will go back.

It was extremely well equipped for every need. Surprised that there was no recycling bucket in the suite we stayed in as there was everything else!! Very quiet on level 1 and easy to bring bikes into our room for safety. Breakfast items were beyond belief with amazing variety and extras. Staff were very polite and friendly. There were a couple of small maintenance issues and I should have called about them and didn't as the reception told me on check out that if I had called they would have been fixed right away. Good to know for next time. Coming bacck
