Not good for more than sleeping. Tried to stay 2 nights during busy Kyoto travel season. It was a mess to talk through with the staff. Window was broken and the rooms were stuffy. Cleanliness was only okay the bed was big but there was stain on sheets, if we wanted room cleaning in between days we needed to check out of the hotel, the shower had a lot of mold. Nice amenities.
