This attic apartment is amazing and Marco and his father Virgil are so friendly and accommodating. We arrive from Rome after traveling 15 hours with very little sleep. The recommendations for a fabulous restaurant after our walk through Terni was perfect. Great location and the nicest hosts! Heading to the falls for a morning hike after breakfast. Perfect choice to stay in a friendly city.

The property is family-run and they pay attention to detail. I appreciated that Virgilio, the proprietor, was willing to work with us when some unforeseen road closures made us have to re-trace our route and put us into the hotel much later than we'd anticipated. The rooms were surprisingly spacious and overall were very comfortable. I would recommend this establishment if you are going to Terni.

Spectacular!! As Comfortable as Home
We enjoyed a most wonderful stay. This was way above our expectations…expected a pretty standard hotel room. However, what we had was a nice 1-bedroom apartment, including fully equipped kitchen (stove, fridge, dishwasher, dishes/utensils, and clothes washing machine). We also had a dining table and 4 chairs. Despite having the kitchen, a nice Italian-style breakfast was provided (cereals, fruit, pastries and variety of juices and coffees). TV reception was great and had some SKY Engliish-speaking channels. The room and grounds were clean and well cared for. Parking was easy and secured (gated). Easy 10 minute walk to city center, 20 min walk to train station. The owner, Virgio Bizzoni, was on hand on our arrival and at check out. He was always quite friendly and helpful…enjoyed learning a bit of family history about the property. We couldn’t have been more pleased as we were booked for 4 nights. Highly recommend this accommodation…a great central location for visiting other nearby communities/attractions.

This residence has all the comforts of a modern hotel, but the flavor of a historical location. The apartment I was given was very big (100 sqm+), had a full kitchen, dishwasher, living room, 2 bedrooms, a large bathroom. The Bizzoni's were excellent hosts, and spent time to explain the history of the residence (it was an industrial site), showing some very old pictures. Location is walking distance from shops, 15-20 min from the train station to go to Rome (in 60 min), Assisi is 45 min driving distance. Overall, great experience, great location, great hospitality

Nice hotel with apartment instead of the room.
This hotel is nice, where an apartment was offered instead of the room. So it's very comfortable for the family. It's clean and staff is friendly. The breakfast was good like everywhere else. It's located too far from the A1 HW, so if you need to spend a night before going to Rome airport this is not a good place to stop, better to choose Orvietto.

Struttura, situata a pochi passi da Porta Sant'Angelo (inizio centro storico di Terni) e adiacente ad un Parco verde, che ha la sua forza nell'ospitalità dei signori Aurelio e Marco, nel servizio giornaliero di pulizia e ripristino set bagno, nei piccoli servizi presenti per ogni camera (mini lavatrice, stendibiancheria, asse e ferro da stiro). Camere spaziose. Contesto silenzioso. Ottima base di appoggio per visitare gli incantevoli luoghi siti nelle vicinanze.

Séjour parfait, Résidence superbe et d'une propreté exceptionnelle,de belles prestations,petit déjeuner délicieux et personnel!! très sympathique et accueillant !!!! Le logement est spacieux, Situation intéressante, à deux minutes de la rue commerciale qui mène au centre. Un bon endroit où s'arrêter. A 7km des Cascades de Marmore à visiter !!!! Je recommande vivement cet hotel !!!

Sehr ruhig im Grünen (Stadtpark) dennoch fußnah zentral gelegen. Appartment relativ neu, Aufenthaltsräume helle Südlage großräumig mit reichlich Platz - gute Deko - Wohnzimmer, Schlafzimmer, Bad; Küche mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine komplett eingerichtet - man kann sich zu Hause fühlen.

Ero in vacanza con la mia famiglia, personale gentilissimo e disponibile, l'alloggio era perfetto 1 camera matrimoniale, una singola, bagno, cucina, attrezzata di tutto e sopratutto pulita. Ottima la colazione, con la possibilità di farla nel giardino. Il prezzo ottimo. Da ripetere e soprattutto la consiglio a tutti.

ruim appartement in hartje stad.
Houd je van privacy en ruimte? Boek dan dit appartement in terni. Hartje stad en naast het stadspark. In terni zijn goede restaurants. Het ontbijt is prima. Het appartement heel netjes en compleet. Ideaal je eigen wasmachine en een complete keuken. Umbrie is een fantastisch deel van Italië!

Bell'Albergo/Residence in zona semicentrale.
Viaggio di lavoro. L'albergo è facilmente raggiungibile nonostante l'ubicazione in centro storico, ha disponibilità di posti auto. I servizi sono essenziali ma non manca niente. L'atmosfera è accogliente, il personale cordiale. L'appartamento è gradevole, al mattino dalle finestre si vedono i giardini. Il centro storico è a portata di una breve passeggiata ma la tranquillità della camera non subisce nessun disturbo. L'albergo non ha servizio ristorante ne bar (solo prima colazione) ma, per chi come me ama stare in mezzo alla gente, a 10 min a piedi, nel centro si trovano ristoranti, bar, vinerie ben frequentate anche in un Lunedì sera d'inverno...insomma tante soluzioni per tutti i gusti e per tutte le tasche. Lo consiglio sicuramente, sia per viaggi di lavoro che per turismo anche se, per turismo, in zona ci sono ben altre soluzioni che restare in centro città.
