Here there is an open kitchen, dining room, 1 double sofa bed and TV. From the living room there is access to the small balcony that overlooks the condominium\`s courtyard. Here you can relax outdoors, as there are chairs and table for outdoor dining. The sleeping area consists of 2 double bedrooms, both air-conditioned, and 1 full shower room. The 3-room apartment is furnished with new furniture and is bright and spacious. The surroundings of La Casa di Nadia for vacations in Salento La Casa di Nadia is located in a condominium complex in a residential area on the southern outskirts of Otranto. The beach located at the foot of Otranto\`s castle ramparts is less than 400 meters away. Everything is at hand, reachable even on foot. \- After reservation, you can fix check-in (from 4pm to 8pm) and check-out (from 8.30 am to 10am). An extra payment of euro 50 is required for late check-in upon request (from 8pm to 12am). \- Upon your arrival you will be required to sign the tourism contract written in Italian language. \- The tourist tax, WHERE APPLICABLE,is not included in the price and will be applied according to the municipal regulations. \- Bed linen/towels optional rental: price is euro 20 per person. \- It is MANDATORY to sort and dispose the waste.
