Located in Otranto, Casa Debby offers 95 sqm of welcoming space for up to 4 guests. You will find 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and a fully equipped kitchen for all your needs. The house features high-speed Wi-Fi suitable for video calls, air conditioning in both the bedrooms and living room, inverter heating, washing machine, video on demand, and a dedicated workspace. For families with children, shared games and books are available.  
  
Outside, a private open terrace awaits you—perfect for relaxing and enjoying the surroundings.  
  
A parking pass for one car is provided, and street parking is also available. Only small pets are allowed and must be mentioned when booking. Events and parties are not permitted. Please observe quiet hours and use shared spaces with care.  
  
The location is convenient for public transport and reaching the beach. A tennis court is about a 15-minute walk from the property.
